the hotel location was perfect. i really liked our twin room, it was very comfortable and super clean. the staff there was very helpful on reception. breakfast was very nice!
sadly, our room was over the noisy kitchen, so loud music happened. shouting and banging continued, which wasn't really good.

Acceptable experience

friendly staff overall quality overpriced food thin slice
The staff were all attentive. The location was great, right in the centre (i knew that already). I was very pleased by the cleanliness and overall quality of my room. My dog even received complimentary treats.
I found some issues. The food was overpriced, and the menu was average (in my opinion). My wife's sandwich had a very thin slice of ham. It seemed to come from a pack. It was not worth the price.

the room heating was completely out of whack. i couldn't seem to adjust it at all, so it alternated between being freezing and feeling like a sauna. also, there was this unbelievably creaky floorboard right outside my door. (honestly, it startled me every time someone walked past!)
