Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were good, with a nice view of the square and adequate amenities, although slightly overpriced for the decor quality. The service was mostly great, with accommodating staff but lacking in handling customer complaints. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, although parking was a bit of an issue. The dining was excellent, with a good selection of vegan options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the water and comfortable beds, but it was a bit shabby with missing pictures and dirty walls. On the bright side, the front of the house restaurant was lovely. The location was excellent, right in the heart of St David's, perfect for exploring the area. The dining experience had its ups and downs with well-cooked food but some missing items on the menu. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is at the heart of St Davids, just a short walk to the cathedral and close to all amenities. My room in St David's was big, clean, and comfortable, but the smaller single room was lacking a bit. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, especially owing to the positive and professional attitude of the manager and all the staff. The location was best for me, ideal for walking the coastal path and visiting Ramsey Island. The dining experience was outstanding and well-organized through these unpredicted times, with orders being placed the evening before. Overall, a great value for money stay.
